GR Consult is founded by Gemma Ryan, an engagement and communications specialist with experience delivering strategy advice and hands-on engagement in the UK and abroad.
Gemma founded GR Consult in 2020 with a desire to bring genuine engagement and purposeful communications to clients.
She has vast experience working with diverse communities and in contentious and politically driven environments to achieve engagement and advocacy for projects.
Some key projects of note are Melbourne’s $6.7b(AUD) West Gate Tunnel Project, the £350m Oxford Street District Transformation, the regeneration of London’s iconic Brick Lane and the UK Freight Innovation Fund.

Paige Krygger is a highly experienced engagement and communications specialist who has strong expertise in developing, delivering and evaluating strategic engagement and marketing plans in the UK and abroad.
Paige has worked in both the private and public sectors, working across a diverse portfolio of highly political, sensitive and emotive engagement projects.
Some key projects of note are Melbourne’s $2.2b (AUD) Suburban Roads Upgrade, the Yan Yean Road Road Stage 2 Upgrade and the 1.9b (AUD) Caulfield to Dandenong Level Crossing Removal Project.
